IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. Before completing the order, the BUYER declares that they have read and reviewed this form electronically, understood the information it contains and accepted it.

Hereinafter referred to as the "SELLER".
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Preliminary Information Form aims to inform the BUYER about the product to be purchased, payment, delivery, the right of withdrawal and other legal rights before placing an order electronically via the www.mavrenne.com website.
This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

For the product or products to be purchased;

are shown clearly and comprehensibly on the order summary screen.
The BUYER is obliged to check this information before confirming the order.
4. ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCTS
MAVRENNE products are made from natural wood material.
For this reason;
- wood grain structure
- colour tone
- natural fibre structure
- laser engraving intensity
- surface texture
may naturally vary from product to product.
These differences cannot be considered manufacturing defects.
Product images are representative and small differences arising from the nature of the natural material may occur.
5. PAYMENT
Payments are made through the secure payment infrastructure offered via the website.
Upon completion of the order, the payment is collected and the order is added to the production schedule.
The SELLER reserves the right to verify the order in cases it deems necessary for security purposes.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are taken into the production and preparation process after payment approval.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the website and the order screen.
Delivery times;

- force majeure
- the operations of courier companies
- natural disasters
- supply processes
may vary for reasons such as these.
The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays occurring beyond its own control.
7. SHIPMENT DELIVERY
When receiving the product, the external appearance of the package must be checked.
For damaged deliveries, a damage assessment report must be drawn up in the presence of the courier officer.
Products accepted without a report are deemed to have been delivered intact.
8. PERSONALISED PRODUCTION
MAVRENNE products;

- personal text
- customer instruction
may be produced on a personalised basis.
The engraving details approved by the BUYER are taken as the basis for production.
The SELLER is not responsible for spelling errors in the engraving text or for incorrect information entered by the customer.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts;

All MAVRENNE products containing a name, phone number or personal engraving are considered within this scope.

10. WARRANTY AND USE
Since the products are made from natural wood;
- water
- intense humidity
- chemical substances
- hard impacts
- high temperature
may affect the natural structure of the product.
Natural signs of use, the colour change of the wood over time and user-caused deformations are not covered by the warranty.
11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The BUYER's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of creating, preparing and delivering the order and fulfilling legal obligations.
Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in the KVKK Disclosure Notice and the Privacy Policy.
12. DISPUTES
In disputes that may arise under this Preliminary Information Form, the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers apply.
Applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the relevant monetary limits.
13. CONFIRMATION
Before completing the order, the BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read and reviewed this Preliminary Information Form electronically, understood all the information it contains and been informed as required by law before the Distance Sales Agreement is concluded.
This Preliminary Information Form takes effect upon electronic confirmation of the order
